Founded in 2002, Shanghai Paulownia Enterprises Development Co., Ltd. is a high tech company operating according to modern management philosophies. We conduct research, production and sales of reflective and photo luminescent products, and signs as well as PVC products. 



We have total investments worth USD3,650,000 of which two-thirds has been devoted to material production and processing. Cooperating closely with Shanghai Fudan University, Shanghai Tongji University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, we have built up sophisticatedresearch, production, and inspection capabilities. Accordingly, we have obtained several national patents for our products. 



Our company mainly outputs long-lasting luminescent pigments, signs and reflective products. Our luminescent pigment, which is free from any radioactive substances, can glow in the dark automatically after absorbing varying levels of light and is ideal for a wide range of applications. This series includes photo luminescent PVC, plastics master batch, paint, printing ink, coating, board, paper, fiber, and film.
