We apply 610g/m2 pvc tarpaulin (0.55mm, 1000D) on all our inflatable toys and interactive games, and apply 1150g/m2 (0.9mm, 1000D) or 650g/m2 (0.6mm, 1000D) pvc tarpaulin on our air tight products etc; They make our units dependable, durable as well as longer lasting. 
All of our stitching units are sewn with lead free heavy duty threads with triple and quadruple stitching in most stressed areas, and all of our air tight units are heat welded by high temperature machine.
