B. Production and R&D Capability
We have our own independent UV coating line and aluminum workshop for punching and polishing. In beside of the injection, automatic assembling and inspection machines for regular operation, we can also do hot-stamping and printing for customers' requirement.
Currently our daily production capacity has reached over 300,000pcs each for all kinds of perfume crimp/screw pumps, 100,000pcs each for lotion pumps, hand sanitizer pumps and cream pumps. Production capability can be expanded as per customer's need by moulds and machines added.
For moulds developing, we invest large amount in technicians and equipment every year to achieve mould work in high performance and efficiency, such as hot-runner moulds and high-precision injection machines.
C. Quality Control
Equipped with the advanced techniques and proudly with ISO 9001-2008 Certification, we have professional production facility and large dust-free workshops reached class 100,000O level.
Strict quality control system starts from raw material, injection, assembling to finished products before shipment.
In case customers have special quality requirement, we will also make a different implementation control plan.
