1994
 - Low Voltage Ceramic Powder was developed and mass production
  - co-operation with Industrial Technology Research Institute to develop production of Ring Varistors (SrTio3)
     - Mass production of semi-conductive disc. 
1995

 - Medium and High Voltage Ceramic Disc Capacitors were successfully developed and mass production
1999
 - R&D of Metal Oxide Varistors with UL and CSA approved. 
 - R&D of AC Safety Capacitors with UL,CSA, VDE, FIMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, SEMKO and SEV approved.
 - Mass production of MOV and AC Safety Capacitors.
2000
 - Capital increased to USD6,270,000.
 - R&D of Semi-Conductive type of Ceramic Powder, and penetrate into less quantity production.
2001
 - Obtained China safety approval. 
 - Obtained safety approvals for JR series (COG/Y5P/X7R).
