The quality management system of ISO9001:2008 has been fully implemented and a document for quality scientific and systematic control has been drafted for all the staffs and work process .The proper organization structure and urgent action system have been formed. The stability for the production & quality of Automobiles Scroll compressors by large scale can be promised. The foundation of continuous supply of quality products to foreign and domestic market has beentrengthened .

All our production techniques and process document have been stamped by controlled seal .All the promulgation ,issue and modification of the techniques and process document have been done strictly with management procedure.Manufacturing process has fully meet the demand of techniques and process document. The core technique of key spare parts and process belong to our intellectual property. Special quality control measures have been taken for the production of the key spare parts Production line for annual output of 150,000 sets of key spare parts for Automobiles air conditioner scroll compressor and production line for environmental protection automatic metal ceramic surface treatment with CNC machining center, cutting center and milling center which got to the domestic advanced level give good promise to the product quality. A domestic first-class assembling line for an annual output of 200,000 sets of scroll compressors was set up.
