Winnington was established in 2000 as a spin-off from Winnington Metal Group, specializing in manufacturing of lost wax investment casting(by silicasol lost wax process) in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel etc. It is located in Huizhou city with very convenient access to Hongkong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen airports. Under the investment of 50 Million HKD, occupying an area of 26,000 square meters, the factory now has 8 workshops and nearly 500 staffs, including 15 technicians and engineers, which make it possible to reach an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons for precision investment casting parts. Winnington Casting has successfully established its own brand of stainless steel faucet - VERSARON in 2005 after gainning rich experience of stainless steel casting for sanitary products for its mother company.
Winnington is equipped with a large scale of energy-saving & environmental-friendly foundry and CNC machining equipments, as well as production lines of lost wax casting to cater to the need of growing business. Besides, we have advanced inspecting instruments such as Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, and Impact tester for Chemical & Physical Analysis, and 2D projector, CMM to assure dimensional precision.
At Winnington, quality control starts the minute the raw material arrives the foundry, continues along with every stage of casting process. We were certificated with ISO9001:2008,PED/AD2000 by TUV.
During the past 13 years, we have developed and manufactured more than 3300 types of precision investment casting products, which are widely applied in Auto Parts, Construction Hardware, Marine Hardware, Pumps & Valves, Machine Parts and other industries. A large percentage of our investment casting parts were exported to Europe, US, Japan and Asia.

Design Assistance We assist our customers with concepts, estimating manufacturing costs, manufacturing techniques and material considerations. We are able to participate in upgrading, redesigning, re-evaluating or modernizing existing products to increase performance and/or reduce manufacturing costs.
Material sourcing We provide material sourcing both oversea and in local market, helping customer to source the most suitable material at its best costs.
Testing and Inspection We provide a number of testing and inspection services including ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, material hardness and/or material properties testing.
Tool Making With in house expertise and tool shop, we have the complete engineering team to create molding / tooling necessary for production
Secondary Machining We are equipped with High-precision CNC lathe/milling center to process the interior and exterior of various types of curved surfaces such as cylinder, cones, contrate, chamfer, bevel edges, screw thread, milling holes and boring holes, while conforming to the JB/T8324.1-96 Standard.
Surface Finishing We provide customers with various surface finishing treatments, including mirror polishing, passivation, sand blasting, shot blasting, barrel finishing and vibratory finishing. To meet the growing needs of our customers, special treatments may also be arranged.
