In 1990, Little Swan got the unique award of gold medal of the State Quality Prize and received gold medal of "Trustworthy Brand" awarded by the U.S "Reader's Digest" for the third time in 2009.

Midea, who is the largest white electronic appliance manufacturing and export enterprise, acquired Hefei Royalstar washing Equipment Manufacturing and entered washing machine industry in 2004. In 2008, Midea further stepped and became largest stakeholder of Little Swan. Midea enhances and strengthens its washing machine business by utilizing the cooperating effects of Midea and Little Swan on product capacity, R&D, marketing channel, supply chain, operation system.
