Shanghai Gloves & Headwear Import & Export Co., Ltd. obtaining the standard of ISO 9002, has been specializing in manufacture and export of headwear, gloves, scarves and other accessories for about 50 years. We enjoy popularity for fashionable designs, well assorted products, fine workmanship and superior quality.
We have many big factories scattered in Jiangsu, Zhejiag and Shanghai. Our annual turnover of export covers 50 million US Dollars. In 1956, the forerunner of Shanghai Arts & Crafts Import & Export Company---Shanghai Handicrafts International Trade Co. was founded.
In 1978, the export amounts of gloves and headwear were both increased to 10 million US dollars.
In 1993, Shanghai Headwear Import & Export Co. was set up based on Headwear Department, and moved to 2255 Jinqiao Road, Pudong.
In1995, Shanghai Headwear Import & Export Co. And the Gloves Department merged into a new company--Shanghai Gloves & Headwear Import & Export Company.
In 1996, the export amount of gloves, headwear and other products was up to 50 millions US dollars at first time.
In 1996, the company was granted by 3M Company as the special distributor of 3M thinsulate insulation products in China.
In 1997, the company was approved by China Customs to set up its bonded warehouse.
Form 1998 to 2000, the company was awarded as an advanced enterprise by Shanghai Municipal Government.
