The company Svetorezerv Ltd Co was founded in 2003 in Moscow. From 2003 to 2007, manufacturing facilities were located in the city of Ryazan (Ryazan region), in 2007-2009 were based on several enterprises in Zelenograd (Moscow), since 2010 some the manufacturing facilities were moved to the city of Shenzhen (China), while another part remained in Zelenograd. Since the establishment Svetorezerv Ltd Co is engaged in development, manufacture and application of efficient street lighting floodlights and other lighting engineering production based on LED technologies. 

The goal of the Svetorezerv Ltd Co is the replacement of traditional lighting in the streets, doorways, houses, adjoining territories, yards, basements and parks based on LED technologies to 2012- 2015 years. The company aims to play an important role in development of the country and society, provide services and products of the highest quality, use a flexible price policy.
