Hangzhou Permanent Magnet Group Co. Ltd. (HPMG) is one of the leading manufacturers of permanent magnets in china. It specializes in the development and manufacture of cast and sintered alnico, sintered and bonded NdFeB, sintered and bonded SmCo, magnet assemblies, permanent magnet motors and other related products.
Established in 1980，HPMG now consists of 9 subsidiary companies and a number of departments for sales and supply,with a total staff of 1.500. To keep abreast of the updated development in the field, the Group has set up an R & D Department, Testing Center and Information Network, with a view of introducing and applying the state-of-the-art technology to the production of new permanent magnets. In addition, the Group has established a foreign trade firm in Hangzhou and its branch in Ningbo, facilitating the export of its products and enlarging its business scope
Quality has always been the uttermost concern of HPMG. Since its establishment, the Group has spared no efforts in upgrading the quality of its products and service, and acquired a number of quality verifications, including ISO9002, QS9000 and Siemens quality certification. Since 1999, the Group was by the State Ministry of industry as one of the best 100 enterprises and one of the national key hi-tech enterprises in china. Its alnico magnets for Santana odometers, redited as ?the State-of-the-Art Product in China? by the State, are used to replace the imported, accounting for 95% of the domestic market. Its ?Alnico 8? and other products of the series are listed as the key products of the State, and its rare earth magnets win title of ?Famous and Quality Product from China?. All of them have been inspected and awarded ?Quality Products? by the State Administration of Technical Supervision.
