Heanjia Super Metals Co., Ltd. was established in 1984 and has over 20 years development history. Based on the cooperation with Shougang Group, Taigang Group and research institutes, the company is specialized in processing products of highly corrosive resistant and high temperature resistant.  The product forms are wire, strip, plate and mesh. The alloys are highly engineered to offer the superior combination of corrosion resistance, high Temperature Resistance, toughness and good strength. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electronics and electrical, instrumentation, lighting, communications, machinery manufacturing, welding, aerospace and other fields.

The company has a group of experienced research personnel and operation team, equipped with domestic first-class production equipment and testing equipment, passed the ISO9001:2008 standard quality management system, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system, GB/T28001:2001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

After more than 20 years development, the company now has a full production line from raw material to deep processed products. The production flow includes vacuum melting, medium frequency smelting, electroslag remelting, forging, hot rolling, machining, heat treatment, and deep processing. The products range from pure nickel to nickel chrome alloy, Inconel, Incoloy, Nilo, FeCrAl alloys, etc.

Heanjia Super Metals Co., Ltd. has production flows of vacuum melting, medium frequency smelting, electroslag remelting, forging, hot rolling, machining, heat treatment, and deep processing.
Our equipments are 1T and 100KG vacuum furnaces, 2T and 750KG Medium frequency induction furnaces, electroslag refining furnaces, 4 sets of advanced heating furnaces for forging, 8 wire drawing lines, 2 cold-rolled strip lines and other deep processing lines, such as wire cutting, wire shaping, wire netting, etc.

Meanwhile, through the cooperation with research institute, the company has successfully developed a FeCrAl resistance heating alloy for high temperature applications; the working temperature is as high as 1415oC. Comparing with 0Cr21Al6Nb and 0Cr27Al7Mo2, the product has much better mechanical properties, stability, and good working life span. It is capable of replacing Kanthal APM and Kanthal A-1 in some applications.
