Hebei Hongtai Special Motortruck Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to be referred as Hongtai) founded in 2004, is a professional manufacturer of special motortruck, specializes in designing, marketing and manufacturing various types of semi-trailers and special purpose vehicles. With a land area of 240,000 square meters, Hongtai equipped with the modern production workshop and advanced automatic production line for producing all kinds of special motortruck, such as refueling semi-trailer, chemical liquid transportation semi-trailer, oil tanker, water truck, garbage truck, cement truck, dump truck, concrete mixer truck, general semi-trailer and van semi-trailer etc. The annual production capacity is over 5000 units.
The company own four sub-companies----pipe produce, vehicle trade and iron and steel trade, gantry crane trade, with annual output value 750 million RMB. Among the total over 700 employees, 20% are engineers & technicians, and 40% are highly-trained skillful workers. They have rich experience in semi-trailer & special vehicle field. In 2005,the company passed ISO9001-2000 international quality management system certification and CCC State Compulsory Certification. And it is the national fixed-point production enterprise for special purpose vehicles.
Hongtai possesses a number of advanced technological and processing equipments, such as plasma cutting machine, bending machine, veneer reeling machine, one-step molding machine for tank body, large-girth welding machine, automatic submerged arc welding, flat welding machine etc. And the quality inspection center equipped completed advanced examining instrument of computation, mechanics, physics and chemistry, measurement, materials and so on, to guarantee the products quality and performance characteristics.
