Varghese,  with the aim of working on mobile phones programming, elaborating hardware and software to expand mobile phones possibilities in India, this company being registered incorporated under the Indian Companies Act on 15th July 2005.

In September 2005 Dits was registered as DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES (HK) LTD.
In October 2005 Dits was incorporated to DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES (SHENZHEN) LTD. as its corporate head quarters with Chinese Directors also on its panel.

DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES (HK) LTD. a Hong Kong based public limited Company was promoted by Mr. Pratheesh Varghese, it being the business associate of DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES FRANCE SARL Company looking after its business interest in France.

The above companies are basically engaged in the business of Digital Information Technology Studies and have joined the race to be among the leading and fast growing companies in this competitive world of business.
