Product Description
ZYD transformer oil filtration machine utilizes vacuum dehydration and degasification process to remove free, emulsified and dissolved water as well as gases and particles.The system is skid mounted,self-contained and equips controlled full state operational panel for fully automatical operation. Meanwhile, ZYD transformer transformer oil filtration machine also has the function of on-line vacuum filling of new and re-commissioned transformers including draining of oil before service work and storage of oil.
Features:
1. Two vacuum separating vessels, breakdown voltage up to 75KV.
2. Achieve overall water content as low as 3 PPM in multi-pass by removing free, emulsified,and dissolved water.
3. Achieve soluble air and gas content less than 0.05% in single pass.
4.Double stages vacuum pump and blower capable of pulling vacuum down to 0.05 torr.
5. Plugged filter indicator lights with automatic system shut down.
