Working principle:
Filtered and heated air enters into the air distributor on the top of the drying tower and then into the drying tower spirally and uniformly. Material liquid is fed into the drying tower by mono pump or screw pump, and then is sprayed into the fine mist by the high-speed centrifugal sprayer which is located on the top of the drying tower.
Then the flow of fine mist flows in parallel together with the hot air flow, they contact each other for a very short time, and then the mist is dried. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone(s). The humid gas is then exhausted by suction fan.
