How to use: For tub butter:- Scoop butter into flex spoon. One spoonful is equal to one serving. Turn over spoon and press flex spoon to release butter. - Use knife to spread butter, if needed. For stick or cube butter:- Align the Butter Pro knife with butter stick or cube. Using tooth on end of knife mark a notch into butter. Following the notch, cut the butter. One notch is equal to one serving.
