xylanase

Xylanase is composed of endo-β -1, 4-D-Xylanase, exo-β -1, 4-D-Xylanase, β -D-Xylanase, α -L-Arabinosidase, xylo-disaccharide glycosidase and so on. It can degrades the linear polysaccharide into xylooligosaccharides by destroying the hydrogen bond and covalence bond between xylanase moleculars. 
 

There are three kinds of xylanase as xylanase granules, xylanase powder and liquid xylanase.
 

Granular and Powder Xylanase: For mash feed. And the enzyme activity is ranging from 10000u/g to 200000u/g.  (Temp: 37℃, pH: 5.5)
 

LIQUID XYLANASE: Liquid Xylanase is developed for granular or puffing feeds, which can degrade the activity of Xylanase in the high-temperature process of production. Liquid xylanase is sprayed onto granular feeds so as to avoid the loss caused by high temperature with low production cost
