Express. Just put up 1lb/450g of pasta into the cylinder, add boiling water, press the strainer
in place and snap on the thermal lid. In a few minutes you have perfect, slugde-free pasta
simply tip to drain away the water through the perforated lid, then serve. It works with fresh of frozen veg, too, encapsulating all their flavour and nutrients.
