Product Description
1 The burner adopts special patent technology, high efficiency and energy saving, the oil consumption can be saved 5.3kg per one ton asphalt mixture.
2 The elevator adopts double chains structure, running smoothly, long service life.
3 The measuring system and the weighing system adopt the high precision weighing sensor, which greatly improve the asphalt supplying precision: the supply difference ≤±0.3%.
4 The scaleboard inside the mixer uses high wearable alloy material to improve the equipment's service life.
5 The dust removal system adopts firstly gravity dust collecting and secondary bag dust collecting system, separates the dust into thick grain(the diameter ≥0.074mm) and fine grain (the diameter <0.074mm). Then they are separately weighed and conveyed into the mixer, making the dust adding proportion more scientific and more reasonable. The dust discharging concentration is lower then 20mg/m3; The filter bag has two steps temperature protection and self cleaning function.

7 The special oil heating and heat preservation system have high efficiency, energy saving,the heater can be started and off automatically.
