Product Description
This equipment(also named High Voltage Electrostatic Separator) is developed under the cooperation of Mechanics Research and Design Institute of Henan Province,China Static Electricity Association and several Colleges and Universities, and based on the assimulation of various separation technologies home and abroad. After years of practice and theorical analyses, the best effect of separation has been achieved.The post-separation impurity is below 3%,i.e.,the separation efficiency is above 97%.Because the equipment separates raw materials only physically,the property/nature of the materials will not be changed after the separation.Therefore,the regeneration and utilization will not be hindered.This equipment firstly ionizes the air around the pulverized or smashed raw material,then separates metal from plastics(conductor and non-conductor) by utilization on the difference of electric capacity permitivities between different materials .
The advantage of this equipment lies in that no any chemical is needed to dissolve the waste materials(raw materials).Therefore,there is no pollution produced to the environment(the process will not produce pollution to the environment).And it can collect more than 97% of the gold,copper,aluminium,etc.from plastics
To deal with the problem that Electrostatic Separation of waste circuit board is high in purity, whereas relatively low in output/capacity,we developed multi-cylinder electrostatic separator and waste circuit winnower which is developed on the principle that the specific gravities of copper powder/grain and plastics are remarkable different..Thus the problem on the output of separation is settled.
