Cone crusher

Cone crusher is made up of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station. When cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gears. The shaft of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell. While the swaying, the crushing walls surface will approach and separate with the roll mortar wall again and again.

The machine use dry oil or water seal unit that can keep stone powder from lubrication oil so that it can reliable operate. The form of crushing cavity is selected by the use of ore. Standard type is suitable for medium crushing, middle type for medium and fine crushing, and short head for fine crushing.
