Perforated plates

Perforated Plate Patterns:
Our perforated plate is available with round, square, rectangular, oblong, hex or slotted holes in a wide variety of patterns. Our engineering staff will fax you detailed CAD drawings of your plate for your approval. We supply plate for all OEM machines.

Perforated Plate Materials:
We offer perforated plate in Hard Core™, AR500, AR400, high carbon, stainless steel and other alloys in a full range of thicknesses.

We can supply perforated plate in a range of styles and sizes and we have many of these as stock items. However we can also manufacture to your own individual specifications and we believe the speed at which we can supply products differentiates us from our competitors. Stock items can generally be delivered next day and bespoke products can also be delivered next day depending on the complexity of the design and the material being used.

Our panels are single-hole punched and plasma cut, allowing us to maximize open area, provide pattern versatility and give you the fastest turnaround in the industry. We blank out areas for support bars to increase production and reduce machine wear. Skid bars can be added and blackout areas can be used to extend your plate life and improve screening performance.
