These fiberglass discs are made from reinforced cloth, which is coated with a phonetic or an epoxy resin, then baked and punched,

Application: They are widely used as a reinforcement base material for heat resistance in high-speed cutting.
Fiberglass discs for grinding wheel reinforce its cut by puncher from reinforcing netlike fiberglass cloth for grinding wheel. The cloth was coated with phonetic resin and epoxy resin, and then was baked. It is widely used as the basal material of grinding wheel which adopts resin as adhesive agent. The grinding wheel which is made with this basal material has properties of excellent heat resistance, cutting at high speed and great structural strength.
There are two types of fiberglass discs. One type is nets coated with adhesive-bonded fabric, nets coated with black paper, nets coated with PE. The other type is pure net. The base specifications are as follow:
