In order to ensure the vitrification process with self-service management, our company uses six microcomputers to full-automatically control the softening of the mineral sand, the instantaneous gasification of crystallized water, the size of hollow balling, case vitrification melt closed waterproof, glass case hardening, etc., the expanding technology curve production process of closed perlite. During the present five years, in China, 80% of surface melt hollow ball perlite that are used for wall thermal mortar are produced by perlite expanded furnaces manufactured by our company.
