white crystal powder, m.p. 83-84°C, b.p. 100ºC(13.3Pa), Relative density 1.73(20/4ºC), 10% water solution refractive index 1.3439. At 25ºC, solubility in water is 15.4g/100mL, in ether 17.0g/100mL, in chloroform 75g/100mL. Insoluble in fatty- hydrocarbon, stable in neutral or weak acid medium, will turn into Dichlorvos in basic solution; corrosive to metals.
