ABLB45II full automatic plastic bottle blow molding machine was specialily designed for the small volume products.It can meet the production of plastic bottles from 5ml to 2L. A widely kinds of plastis meaterial can be used for this machine,which can meet the production of two,three or four products at the same time for mass production. Tidy frame and long-lived components and ideal cycle can reach 4.6 second.. This mahine is very small with fullly automatic process with high efficiency,easy and safe to operate. The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel to ensure the quality of products. The control system consits of PLC and human machine interface imported from Mitisubishi Japan.Schneiders contactor, Omrons auxiliary reply,Taiwans PID temperature control module and imported hydraulic parts.
