The ATC-600A is a portable ramp test set designed to simulatethe ground station or airborne environment needed to test Modes A and Ctransponders. The ATC-600A meets latest ARINC specificationsand FAA regulations concerning transponder receiver sensitivity, SLS,transmitter power, frequency, percent reply, pilot's code and encodedaltitude tests.For DME testing, the ATC-600A includes accurate range and velocitysimulation, power and frequency and PRF measurements.
