Our high quality magnetic couplings for pumps are mainly made of outer rotor, inner rotor and stainless steel isolation canister and it transmits torque through magnetic forces between internal and external rotors through isolation canister eliminating the need for dynamic shaft seals and it serves as a reliable seal and prevents serious leakages occuring.
The magnets used in rotors are NdFeB magnets or SmCo magnets being lined with N-S-N-S---poles. The isolation device can seal the inner rotor or outer rotor and do not influence them working due to the strong magnetic force and this product solved the problem of leaking of dynamic seal in some mechanical devices so that they are widely used in seal driving machines in the field of magnetic pumps, magnetic reactors, PU foaming machines, Chamical, pharmaceutical, food and paper-making and so on and this is the biggest advantage of magnetic coupling.
