Automatic function of stop on thread breaking and needle raising.
Faster thread cutting and fabric rolling , the production rate is 20% to 50% higher than any other quilting machine in the nation.
Using common mixed cotton thread as bottom stitch for all patterns.
Very little distortion for quilting same pattern on different thickness fabric.
Adopt pneumatic cutter, thread can be cut very rapidly and uniform.
Both X and Y axies are driven by high power Panasonic servo motors,max quilting thickness is 50mm.
