Product Description
Pneumatic forging hammer is widely used for general forging works, such as drawing-out, upsetting, punching, chiseling, forging, welding, bending and twisting. It is also used for forge in bolster dies. Pneumatic Forging Hammers, also called power forging hammer, air forging hammer falling weight at 9kg, 15kg, 25kg, 40kg, 55kg, 75kg mainly for artistic wrought iron/artistic forging/blacksmithing, agriculture tools and small open die forging parts. 150kg, 250kg, 400kg, 560kg, 750kg, 1000kg and 2000kg pneumatic forging hammer are mainly used for industrial forging, such as Forged Shaft, Roller Forging, Forged Power Tee, Gear Blank Forging, Flanges, Forged Valve Parts, Ring Forgings.

Easy to operate, by manipulating the hand lever or foot-pedal, all operating functions-idle run, top setting, pressing down, single blow, light or full series blow can be obtained as desired.
A special oil-pump is provided for lubricating the cylinders. Prior to running, turn the hand-crank of the pump to get the cylinders being lubricated beforehand.
