Glass bottle packing Included: Bottle discharge machine, bottle washing machine, filling machine, sterilize machine, label machine, print machine, box up machine, pipelines and valves and control machine. Inthem, discharge machine contains loading machine and collate machine, accompanied with bottle washing machine.
Bottle washing machine
Included bottle pass in and out equipment, chain, dip and lye dip system. Machine rack, bar bed, liquid pressure equipment, heating system, spray pump system, water cycle, electricity power control system.
Bottle washing process:

Filling machine contains transport system, bottle feeding, bottle lifting system, liquid control equipment, and filling valves system.
