The Buffet on Ice is a specially designed serving tray that accommodates ice in a lower compartment for keeping foods chilled for the duration of an event. The top tray has a vented bottom so chilled air keeps foods fresh, even seafood so you don't have to worry about food safety temperatures while you play host or hostess. The compartment food tray has four sections so you can serve a variety of foods including skewers, fruits and vegetables. The center section has a place for the included dip cup. Use with or without ice for whatever the occasion calls for, or without the tray as a large salad bowl or for chips.
