3. The grooves on both sides of the blank can be milled atthe same time when the blank is cut vertically by the vertical cutting device,so no groove processing device is needed.
4. The step mobile cutting machineis used to process both building blocks and slabs. The blank can be cut in sixsides so that the quality of product will not be affected by mould oil and thedeformation of the mould.
5. The cutting machine can complete processes suchas tilting, vertical cutting and cross cutting in different positions.
WorkingPrinciple
The tilting hanger turns mould 90 degree in the air,demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the sideplate. Then the blank will be cut by the longitudinal cutting device through themotor and its own running, after running at the pause position, it will be cuthorizontally by the cross cutting device that is driven by the motor to thecenter of the blank. The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically from upto down until it is reset upward.
