(5)Instruction for use:
1.Insert the fork tines halfway to the thickest part of meat(avoid bone or fattty areas)
2.Hold down"PRESS HERE" button for 3 to 8 seconds
3.Temperature sensor is in the right tine of fork. The LED lights will move up until the correct degree of roasting is reached.
4.Refer to the temperature guide to determine corresponding temperature.
(6)Battery:2 "AAA" battery included,if to replace,remove cap on top of handle,insert new batteries,with polarity indicated outside.

1.Clean tines with soap and water only.
2.Donot mix new or old batteries together,and donot mix alkaline,standard(carbon-zinc)or rechargeable(nickel-cadmium)batteries together
