Product Description
The cartridge type pressure adjustment relief valve of CRV06 Series is the directly operated valves rely on the system pressure of the oil directly on the spool and the spring force of balance to control the valve opening and closing action, P is the inlet, T is the return oil port.
The pressure adjustment range is the regulator relief valve spring within the limits prescribed in the regulation, the system pressure can rise or fall steadily, and no pressure jumps and hysteresis when the maximum and minimum set pressure, when the work flow should be no noise, the minimum relief valve pressure stability depends on its smooth flow requirements, generally defined as 15% of the rated flow.
The cartridge type pressure adjustment relief valve is used as a signal to change the charged compression spring , thereby changing the valve port of the flow area and the overflow system to achieve the purpose of constant pressure. When the system pressure increases, the spool up valve port flow area increases, overflow traffic increases, and thus make the system pressure drop. Internal relief valve spool of balance and movement through the composition of this negative feedback is the role of the basic principles of constant pressure, constant pressure valve is all the basic working principle.
