Product Description
The cartridge type high pressure control valve of CRVX1006 series application:
A) The cartridge type high pressure control valve plays the role of safety valve (to prevent the hydraulic system overload) from the safety valve relief role, is to limit the maximum hydraulic system pressure to ensure the safety of the system. In the system under normal operating conditions, the valve does not shut down the overflow, the system's working pressure depends on the external load. When the system pressure reaches the valve set pressure, the overflow valve open, then the system depends on the pressure relief valve set pressure.
B) Relief from the role (to maintain constant pressure hydraulic systems) in the throttle system, the relief valve during normal operation is normally open, the excess fluid through the overflow tank and the back row to maintain nearly constant pressure hydraulic system .
C) Unloading the hydraulic system relief valve pilot remote control port to tank, you can use the system relief valve unloading.
D) Remote surge relief valve in the pilot port on the remote access remote control relief valve, remote voltage regulator can also do the back-pressure relief valve can be used to make the system work smoothly; relief and for with the valve, enabling the multi-stage pressure control system; in the brake circuit, the braking effect can be achieved with a pressure relief valve; in the hydraulic test system, pressure relief valve can be used as load valve.
