Product Description
The DBD6G series of threaded connection G1/4", are the 97/23/EC tested pressure adjustment relief valves which work as direct action type relief valves, it is used to limit the main system pressure with characteristics of fast response by direct adjustment, the G type is connected directed with the hydraulic connectors to hydraulic hosing by threads. It is simply replacement and long service life for various working conditions.
The DBD pressure relief valve and subplate block can be ordered separately, or the block will be able to design by custom requirements to meet different working conditions.

The pressure adjustment relief valves plays main role main role of the overflow for keeping stable pressure and safety protection in hydraulic systems, there are seven pressure stages of the spring for different requirements of system and two kinds of spring adjustment, hexagon bolt or rotary knob for option.
When the system pressure increases, which requires high flow rate in the system, at this point the pressure adjustment relief valve opens, so that excess flow back to the oil tank, pressure adjustment relief valve to ensure that the pump outlet pressure stable operation.
The threaded Connection pressure adjustment relief valves is used as remote relief valve for high-pressure multi-stage sequence control, used to generate back pressure, there are two structures of the valves:
1. Direct action type relief valve.
