The Rexroth DB20 manifold installation pilot operated pressure relief valve has a remote control port K, if the pipeline of the K port connects other remote relief valve (The structure of the remote relief valve and relief valve pilot control part of the same), adjusting the spring force of the remote relief valve can adjust he hydraulic pressure of the upper end of the relief valve main spool and achieve as remote regulator function. However, the remote relief valve can adjust the maximum pressure must not exceed own pilot valve to adjust the pressure relief valve.
When the K port connects the oil tank through the two -way valve, the pressure of the upper end of the main spool is close to zero, the main spool moved to the highest position, the valve opening is very large. Because the main valve spring is relatively soft, when the pressure relief valve P port at a low pressure, the system of fluid under low pressure through the relief valve into the tank, to achieve unloading system pressure.
