Product Description
The Rexroth DBDS20, DBDH20K, DBDS20K direct operated pressure hexagon adjustment relief protective cap valve is cover with protective cap on the valve sleeve.
The valve is operated by the pressure directly, when the oil pressure force on the poppet and the spring force on the poppet, the valve relief pressure depends on the system pressure, then the system pressure is higher than the spring presetting, the poppet is pushed upward, the pressure oil flows from the P to T and to oil tank. The damping stroke is limited by the embossment in the valves.

According to the size of the spring is customized according to the level of the pressure of the relief valve , we produce the valve with seven pressure spring levels , each of of the diameter of the valve pressure level has a corresponding spring .
We designed the valve with inlet area on both sides is different, therefore, the hydraulic pressure from the inlet port is smaller on the poppet, so that the regulator spring can make softer, and when the inlet pressure change is large, the deformation of the spring will not lead to big changes to keep the little the pressure fluctuations of relieve pressure, guarantee a high relief regulator accuracy.
