Product Description
The WEH16 E,F,J,H,G,U series of Rexroth WEH electro hydraulic pilot operated directional spool valve is combined to electro hydraulic operated directional valve.
There are six oil ports in the valve house A, B, P, T inlet and outlet oil port added X, Y pressure oil port, spool type E for example, the return spring keeping the spool on the centric position if there is no pressure oil in the X, Y oil port. The X and Y pilot port is connected to the right and left sealed chambers, the pressure oil push the end of the spool forwarder when the hydraulic oil flows into the X or Y port. The electro hydraulic operated directional valve plate connection is standard of IN24340 connection size.

The characteristics of internally or externally pilot operated:
1. Internally pilot and internally drain is the oil to the electro solenoid valve via main poppet from P port. The oil drains to T drain port directly via electro solenoid valve, this kind of valve is suitable for a little outside pressure interference and small back pressure hydraulic system.
2. The hydraulic pilot operated directional valve becomes externally operated valve if the P oil port is sealed, the pilot oil is supplied via X oil port and to the electro solenoid pilot directional valve directly. This kind of valve connection is without the impact of the system, sensitive direction and oil drain. There is a special L oil port for this kind disconnection with T port, therefore, on pressure back and good operation in a high pressure system.

Pilot Oil Supply of 4WEH Type :
The pressure pilot oil is externally supplied via channel X, from separate pressure supply, the pressure pilot oil is externally drained via channel Y to the oil tank.
Pilot Oil Supply of 4WEH / E Type:
The pressure pilot oil is internally supplied from channel P of the main valve, the pressure pilot oil is externally drained via channel Y to the oil tank. The X oil port in the subplate is plugged.
Pilot Oil Supply of 4WEH / ET Type:
The pressure pilot oil is supplied internally from channel P of the main valve. The pressure pilot oil is drained internally via channel T to the oil tank. The X oil port and Y oil port in the subplate are plugged.
Pilot Oil Supply of 4WEH / T Type:
The pressure pilot oil is supplied externally via channel X from a separate pressure supply. The pressure pilot oil is drained internally through channel T to the oil tank. The Y oil port in the subplate is plugged.
