The Komatsu excavator PC120 cartridge type hydraulic pressure reducing valve by adjusting the inlet pressure reducing to a desired outlet pressure by adjusting the inlet pressure, rely on the inner spool and spring, automatically stable outlet pressure. The pressure reducing valve is a partial resistance of the throttling element can be changeable, i.e. by changing the throttle area, so that the flow velocity and the kinetic energy of the fluid changes accordingly, resulting in different pressure loss, so as to achieve the purpose of decompression. And then rely on the adjustment of the control and regulating systems, so that the pressure fluctuation and the spring force of the valve is keeping equilibrium, the pipes at the outlet port of valve is kept constant pressure within a certain error range.
