Product Description
Brief introduction:
The pressure unloading main service valves for Komatsu PC220 excavator is to unload the pressure when the excavator needs small pressure and execute the next step.
Please check the pressure unloading valve or change the valve if there is troubleshooting of the hydraulic system as follow:
When the driver starts the engine and the operate lever in neutral, the main pump output hydraulic oil through the pressure unloading valve directly back to the tank, the unloading pressure is 3MPa. But if the spool and seat of the unloading valve does not seal tightly due to dirty medium/oil, the main pump output oil in hydraulic system can not establish the high pressure when the excavator is operating. The second problem is the damage of the pressure unloading valve O rings, which will lead the hydraulic oil in the main pumps flows to the tank directly, can not keep the normal pressure. Please check and change the pressure unloading valve if the problems above can not be fixed.
