The series of Kobelco SK120C01 series are the hydraulic cartridge valve for the relief the pressure in hydraulic system, please check the following instructions of the operation:
1. The hydraulic oil from the cylinder outlet ports enters the valve inlet cavity through an orifice of the piston, the main valve is closed because the pressure in inlet cavity is larger than outlet cavity.
2. When the oil pressure exceeds the spring presetting pressure, the pilot operated valve open, the oil enters the reservoir thought hoses.
3. The piston moves to right until reaching the end of the pilot valve when the orifice of piston pressure is lower, the hydraulic oil from the cylinder flows into the pipes through orifice of the piston.
4. The inlet pressure is larger than outlet pressure of cylinder if the pressure is lower of in the end of piston orifice, the main valve is open, the hydraulic oil from cylinder enters the reservoir to protect the transmission mechanism.
