Grease Lubricant Distributor

    The JQPS(D) series of grease lubricant distributor are combined with the first element of A, working element M, the end element E to one group , the number of working element can be selected at least three and up to ten per work element with two outlets, so the grease or oil outlets of each distributor group between 6-20piece, and each distributor group 6-20 lubrication points available, how much of the amount of grease oroil needed , according to model specifications data to select proper working numbers.

If a lubrication point in a cycle requires large amount of grease or oil, the method of drawing A3 which can be selected , remove the closed screw within working elements and a screw plug in the increase in the oil port , so that two oil outlets the amount of oil is incorporated into an oil outlets.

    Note: the combined amount of grease or oil the work elements arranged in the prescribed amount of oil in the next elements (see schematic drawing) . Merge two oil port fuel supply still can not meet the needs, and method of drawing A4 can be chosen to increase three-way or two-way bridge joints, to bring together the amount of grease to meet the needs of several ports.

Drawing A1, the pressure oil from the oil inlet into the distributor, the oil from the left channel of the piston to the "A" into the left chamber of the piston to the "B" , "C" of the piston is pushed to the right , the piston " B " the right chamber of the oil through the right channel of the piston to the "A" from the oil port "1 " output , while the left channel of the piston to the "B" is turned on , the oil enters the left chamber of the piston to the "C" , the piston "C" is pushed to the right, the right channel of the right chamber of the oil by the piston to the "B" from the oil port " 2" output .
