The DJB-V70 Series of 0.35L, 0.37Kw, 3.15bar/45.675Psi Lubrication Greasing/Oil Injection Gear Pump are apply to grease lubrication system, grease filled electric lubrication pump oil storage. The pump without the type of tank, directly on the 200L drums, can be operated with the electronic control device connected to the electric lubrication system, to achieve automatic grease filling. The 0.35L, 0.37Kw, 3.15bar/45.675Psi Lubrication Greasing/Oil Injection Gear Pump adopts the interior piston displacement pump, worm gear reducer drive, smooth operation, high output pressure at the outlet set pressure regulator safety valve with overload protection.
The DJB-V70 pumps are mounted a motor vertically via a worm driving the worm wheel rotating, the end surface of the worm wheel fitted with an eccentric shaft, through a crank rod to drive the plunger down reciprocating motion, by the completion of the role of the check valve within the piston interior and the tube cap suction pressure oil process, transport the oil by hose.

How to use the DJB-V70 Series of 0.35L, 0.37Kw, 3.15bar/45.675Psi Lubrication Greasing/Oil Injection Gear Pump:
1.Connection the wires as per the name plated indicated.
2.The first use of grease must be clean, uniform texture, in a specified grade range.
3.The gear box should be filled with lubrication oil (N220) to provide oil surface before using the pump at the first time.
4.The vent valve should be opened when the pump starting at the first time, and close it after the pump operation normally.
5.It is not allowed if the reservoir without grease, while the motor running no load.
