Sieve bend screen is the solution of dehydration, sizing solutions, and waste water clean-up problems. Typical uses are sewage treatment, laundry wash water clean, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables waste water treatment, mineral processing, coal preparation, paper making, textile factories, and so on.
Concave arc-shaped mesh sieve bend configurations include the installation of a vertical-flow framework of the opening screen. A curved screen has a greater capacity than an ordinary screen as a surface material flows due to applying force.
Sieve bend is also known as DSM Screen, the Netherlands, after the national mining industry, who introduced a curved screen as a static size of 10 times capacity than the traditional shaker screen.
Larger particles continue to reduce the screen surface, with the majority of the liquid removed. Separation much less than the size of the screen openings, usually about half of the open specification.
