We produce:
1) Y -pattern globe valve 1/2''-2'' with 800Lb,
2) Pressure seal Y-pattern globe valve 1/2''-2'' with 900-1500Lb
3) Y-pattern piston check vale 3/8''-2'' with 800Lb.
Y-pattern valve Design construction and Specification.
globe valve and check valve conform to ANSI B16.34. Each are tested according to API598, and marking is per MSS SP-25.
Construction is as follows:
Full port or Conventional port
Piston and ball check
Spring available on request
Loose solid disc
Two piece self aligning packing gland
Outside screw and Yoke
Bolted bonnet with spiral-wound gasket, threaded and seal welded bonnet or threaded and pressure seal bonnet.
Integral backseat

ANSI/ ASME B1.20.1. Screwed ends to ANSI/ASMEB 1.20.1
The disc can transfer valve to be throttle valve, needle valve, ball valve and check valve.
