In order to completely solve the problem of excessive water in the oil, which exists in the hydraulic, lubrication and speed adjustment system of turbine engines, Fengyu has adopted internationally advanced Coalescence-Separation dehydration technology and developed HPC series Coalescence-separation oil purifier. It is integrated precise filtration with high-efficiency dehydration as a whole, which can effectively remove the granule contaminant, dissolved water, free water in the oil to reach filtration precision with NAS2-6. The machine can be operated without stoppages and does not require supervision. Compared with other purifiers it has unique advantages such as press type, centrifuge type and vacuum oil purifier.
TECHNIQUE FEATURES
1. Eliminates the emulsification structure in the oil effectively.
2. Removes free water in the oil, which can reduce the water content to less than 100PPM after treatment.
3. Filter the solid granule in the oil, which will ensure the cleanness grade reaches NAS6 or higher
4. Integrate precise filtration with high-efficiency dehydration as a whole.
5. With high filtration precision and large pollutant containing capacity, the filter element has a long life span and high-efficiency dehydration function.
6. Without vacuum heating and high-speed centrifugation, the running cost is low. The physical and chemical property of the oil never changes, which prolongs the life span of the oil.
