Application:stainless steel screen mesh is usually used in coal,mine and building field
stainless steel screen mesh can be devided into 4 kinds:
1 flat top screens:
Characers:The top face of the screen is flat and therefore offers optimum supporting surface for the overlying mesh,the underside sonsist offsets which will not impede the through flow of the filtrateion.
Application:backing mesh for fine filter cloth offer a higher surface loading capability
2 Doubole crimped screen:
Chatactors:double crimped screen are symmetrical in construction.the top face and underside face are indentically offset
Apllication:sieving and sizing support screen for fine cloth and other filter medium,enclosure and artichitectual filed.
3 special desigh (with square wire )
Characters:Double crimped screen wire square wire in weft and round wire in warp direction
Application:coarse surface make this screen ideal for use with husks and granules in food indurstry as well as decorative and desighing products and used in inter design.
4 intermediate crimped screens
Characters:there are more offsets used in this design to give greater stability to the backing mesh.however only every fore or five offset has a cross wire,which provide a greater number of supprot point for the overlying mesh,giving a more sieving area.
