CONSTRUCTIONS&FUNCTIONS
SHUTTLES
The 6 shuttles are rolling along the special orbits of the loom machine. The wheels of shuttle are not born the centrifugal force of the shuttle. The warps have not been pressed by the wheels of shuttle. Since the shuttles can turn round without the lubricant, so it's quite convenience& cleaning while through the warps.
LUBRICANT SYSTEMS
The loom machine has been compelling lubricated by the oil pump. The loom machine would be stop after shown the alarms by sounds or lights while the shortage of lubricating oils.
THE MACHINE WOULD BE STOP AUTOMATICALLY
The loom machine would be stop automatically while the warps or the wefts been broken or finished and the loom machine can distinguish the area where the warps or the wefts been broken or finished accurately & immediately.
PALM FRAME & PALM WIRES
Both of them are the newly Patent Products of our company. The palm frame is the style of the tension and the palm wires are compounded with the Corundum. The service life of the palm wires have been extended much longer.
THE INTELLIGENT LIFTING SYSTEMS
The loom machine of type "III" has added the intelligent lifting constructions on the basis of the loom machine of type "II", It's quite convenience& easy for the purpose of changing the densities of the wefts. The precisions of weaving rollers would be more accurately and smoothly.
